INTIQCHURINKUNA PERFORMING IN LIMA

The very well known theater group Cuatrotablas from Lima invited the children to perform in the XII International Theater Festival on occasion of  their fortieth anniversary. They said they want to give themselves a gift and the children´s show would be that. So they arrange 2 shows at the open patio of the Teatro Municipal de Lima and also they prepared an interesting and fun program for the children to do during their stay of 7 days in the capital city of Perú.
They provided us the accomodation,most of the meals and excursions and transportation in Lima.
The Intiqchurinkuna Project covered the transportation from Cusco and some other needs to make this trip possible.We give thanks to Synergy Non Profit, the children´s godparents Farah and Amir, Paul, Linda and Ricardo, Anne marie and Betsy for your wonderful support.

FOURTH SHOW 2011 AT THE MAIN SQUARE OF CUSCO

 The children performed in Cusco invited by the Municipality for the AnnualTheater Festival. They were very confident and the show was very good. We share here some pictures of the rehearsal and of the great fun we had in Cusco

 In Cusco the children went to the funfair. The show was in the afternoon.

 They gave us a place to dress up for the show at the Public Library.

GIFTS FOR THE SCHOOL

 Last week some pleasant activities ocurred at the school. We delivered the school supplies that our friend Patricia brought for the children. Here the grateful teachers

 The school at Umasbamba between Heaven and Earth at 12000 feet  received also a great visit!!!

Beloved Yoga a group of nineteen friends from the US  practiced sinergy yoga with the children and made with them painted flags to adorn their classrooms

 After practicing sinergy they went into the classrooms and listened carefully the explanations for the next activitivity

 ...and then they created beatiful paintings first on paper and then on  fabric to do the flags

 Beloved Yoga brought all the materials for the work and provided lunch for the children that day.
